Oh To Be Wise Meditations

God show no partiality. He plays no favorites accepting people from any nation that call upon the name of the Lord. He cleanses all hearts by faith and through his workmanship we are God’s masterpieces. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.You call him Father, when you pray to God, who judges all people by the same standard, according to what each one has done; so then, spend the rest of your lives here on earth in reverence for him. He abolished the Jewish Law with its commandments and rules, in order to create out of the two races Gentiles and Jews, one new people in union with himself, in this way making peace. God accepts from every nation the one who fears him and does what is right. He cares for every person and every nation, and left the work of reconciliation to Himself on the Cross. Jesus is the peace to the nations and soon his banner of love will swing over all the inhabitants of the earth! Let the peace that comes from Christ rule in your hearts. For as members of one body you are called to live in peace. And always be thankful. The Lord has proclaimed peace in a restless world, peace during spiritual war, and calm in the fiery chaos. Meditate Acts 15:9
