An invitation to rest with God

Good morning Brothers. Happy Sabbath. God loves you. I love you. Praise God for waking you up this morning. What was meant for our evil, God has worked it out for our Good. You are the light of the world. A town built on a hill cannot be hidden. Neither do people light a lamp and put it under a bowl. Instead they put it on its stand, and it gives light to everyone in the house. In the same way, let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven. (Matthew‬ ‭5‬:‭14‬-‭16‬). Let’s sing, Holy Spirit, light divine,

Shine upon this heart of mine, Chase the shades of night away, Turn my darkness into day. Holy Ghost, with joy divine, Cheer this saddened heart of mine, Bid my many woes depart, Heal my wounded, bleeding heart. Today’s verse if from Mark 2:27. Then he said to them, The Sabbath was made for man, not man for the Sabbath. When you say "yes" to spending a day in Sabbath rest, you may need to say "no" to other invitations, like work, errands, or parties. You can use your "no" as an opportunity to tell others about your relationship with God and the way He has refreshed you and made you new! Remember, you don't have to earn anything or "do" your Sabbath perfectly. You're already fully loved and redeemed by God through Jesus. The Sabbath was made for you as part of your redemption in Him.
