Grace and Truth in Jesus

Good morning Brothers, Happy Sunday! God loves you. I love you. Thank God for waking you up this first day of the week. God is Good All the Time and All the Time God is Good! Let’s sing, Marvelous grace of our loving Lord, Grace that exceeds our sin and our guilt! Yonder on Calvary’s mount out-poured. There where the blood of the Lamb was spilt. Grace, grace, God’s grace, Grace that will pardon and cleanse within; Grace, grace, God’s grace, Grace that is greater than all our sin! Today’s verse is from John 1:14. The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us. We have seen his glory, the glory of the one and only Son, who came from the Father, full of grace and truth. Jesus began His earthly ministry in the most humble way-by coming as a baby. Jesus did not come in a grand procession, or with a large army behind Him. Jesus came from the Father's glory, but took on human form so that He could live His life on our behalf. He gave grace to people through the forgiveness of sins. And He also brought truth through His teachings and announcements. We have been given a second chance at life because of the forgiveness of our sins, and we are saved from eternal separation from God because of the truths we believe. All of us who believe in Christ have received both grace and truth from Him. Spend some time in prayer thanking Him for the grace and truth that you have received. God loves you. Have a blessed day.
