Loving Others Well

Good morning Brothers, Happy Tuesday! Praise God for waking you up another day. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to pray for someone, God will hear and answer your prayers. Let’s sing, Great is Thy faithfulness, O God my Father, There is no shadow of turning with Thee; Thou changest not, Thy compassions, they fail not; As Thou has been Thou forever will be. Great is Thy faithfulness! Great is Thy faithfulness! Morning by morning new mercies I see. All I have needed Thy hand hath provided, Great is Thy faithfulness! Lord unto me! Today’s verse is from John 13:34. A new command I give you: Love one another. As I have loved you, so you must love one another. Jesus loves us unconditionally. He does not hold anything back from us. Instead, He gave His entire life up for us. And He didn't do this to please other people. It was unconditional love that led Jesus to the cross. We shouldn't compare our acts and thoughts against other people, because the only person we're called to be like is Jesus Himself. Did you go out of your way to help someone? Were you selfless in showing love? Consider a few practical ways you can love others the way Jesus loves you. Spend some time in prayer, and then take a step toward showing someone love.
