Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Tap in to Gods power. He knows we are sinners and has mercy on those who are struggling with sin. He has made Himself available through the Cross and Christ resurrection provides the power we need for victory. His Spirit had victory over the flesh and He can give us that same victory. But if we say we have no sin than that power stays dormant and leaves us in sin and consequence. If we do not seek personal relationship with Jesus than there remains no remedy for our sins. Yes, sin would just run rampant in our hearts, tearing our lives apart. There would be no redemption nor restoration. Just revenge and destruction to yourself and those around you. The power over sin is there for the taking. Know Christ today and have power to overcome this world. What are mortals, that they could be pure, or those born of woman, that they could be righteous? If God places no trust in his holy ones, if even the heavens are not pure in his eyes, how much less mortals, who are vile and corrupt, who drink up evil like water! Surely there is no righteous man on earth who does good and never sins. How then can man be justified with God? or how can he be clean that is born of a woman? Only through the Jesus Christ our LORD. Son of man and Son of God. Amen!
