Oh To Be Wise Meditations

Faith and works. I heard someone say if Noah would have not made that boat he would have drowned. He added works to his faith. Who is wise and understanding among you? Let him show it by his good conduct, by deeds done in the humility that comes from wisdom. But someone will say, "You have faith and I have deeds." Show me your faith without deeds, and I will show you my faith by my deeds. Be doers of the word, and not hearers only. Otherwise, you are deceiving yourselves. What good is it, dear brothers and sisters, if you say you have faith but don’t show it by your actions? Can that kind of faith save anyone?
