Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Many of us still haven't found what we are looking for. We have climbed the highest mountains of success and still not satisfied. Some of us will never reach as high as others, but still those who have made it so high in the sky come right back down empty hearted in need of purpose and meaning. Jesus climbed our highest mountain and bore our sins on the Cross. Come higher my friend. You are not alone where every you are on that mountain of life and prosperity. Christ has conquered the greatest mountain for us to pursue anew. He calls us to stop chasing mountains of this world that leave you alone on that mountain top. Come climb the mountain of God already set with a trail for us to follow left behind by Jesus. He has shown us the way to truth and life, and its up the mountain of carrying our own Cross. We know when we reach the top Jesus is there to show us real and eternal life. God is at his holy mountain, the smoke of his presence fills the air! Behold the Presence of God and enter in through the Blood of Jesus. Yes, and we all, with unveiled face, beholding the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from one degree of glory to another. For this comes from the Lord who is the Spirit. By the time we make it to the top where his presence is we shall see him how he real is and we will be like him. We will know Him who is Purpose and Meaning for us. In Jesus we find our love and life.
