Oh To Be Wise Meditations

We have power of the gravity of sin. Sin likes to keep us down in the natural and be consumed with our flesh. When we read the perfect and holy law of God evil desires start to surface as we doubt Gods word. Each one is tempted when by his own evil desires he is lured away and enticed. Yes, we want to honor God but our own wicked desires lead to the birth of sin in our hearts and minds. Its the law of sin and death working within us. Praise God, the law of Spirit and Life is lifting us up out of our sins and into the heavenly places seated with Christ. Genuine righteousness leads to life, but the pursuit of evil brings death. The gravity of sin wants to keep you away from Christ. Those who live only to satisfy their own sinful nature will harvest decay and death from that sinful nature. But those who live to please the Spirit will harvest everlasting life from the Spirit. Lets continue to trust in the Gospel of Jesus our LORD and Holy Spirit will keep us lifted towards heavenly places.
