Oh To Be Wise Meditations
No more stumbling. The LORD is our confidence and he will keep our foot from being caught. He guards the steps of His faithful ones, but the wicked perish in darkness; for by his own strength shall no man prevail. In the fear of the LORD is strong confidence: and his children shall have a place of refuge. When we walk about, he will lead you; When you sleep, he will keep watch over you; And when you are awake, he will speak to you. Yes, abundant peace belongs to those who love Your law; nothing can make us stumble. Those the LORD blesses will possess the land, but those he curses will die. The LORD directs the steps of the godly. He delights in every detail of their lives. Though they stumble, they will never fall, for the LORD holds them by the hand. Surely God is my helper; the Lord is the sustainer of my soul. For the strength of the wicked will be shattered, but the LORD takes care of the godly. The LORD opens the eyes of the blind, the LORD lifts those who are weighed down, the LORD loves the righteous. My enemies have set a trap for me. I am weary from distress. They have dug a deep pit in my path, but they themselves have fallen into it.
