Oh To Be Wise Meditations
Self inflicted gunshot wounds. Many of us have been there. Like someone who shoots themselves in the foot by mistake, so we have done things and have no one to blame but ourselves. Psalm 51:4 says against you, and you alone, have I sinned; I have done what is evil in your sight. You will be proved right in what you say, and your judgment against me is just. We want to walk by faith but we can't because we keep shooting ourselves in the foot. Its time we deal and stop the bleeding by going to the LORD. For He heals the brokenhearted and bandages their wounds. Say today: Be merciful to me, O LORD, for I am frail; heal me, O LORD, for my bones are in agony. Be gracious to me; heal me, for I have sinned against You.
