The birth of a child of faith. As you do not know the path of the wind, or how the body is formed in a mother’s womb, so you cannot understand the work of God, the Maker of all things. Flesh gives birth to flesh, but the Spirit gives birth to spirit. Yes, humans can reproduce only human life, but the Holy Spirit gives birth to spiritual life. The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit. You may say surely one cannot enter a second time into their mother’s womb to be born? This is why Jesus came born of a virgin to this world to give birth to many sons and daughters. He gives us the privilege to have the pure unadulterated living word in us. A seed planted in living waters on the fertile grounds of repentance and grace. Slowly but surely Jesus is giving birth in you, his image and his presence, his life. He labors and intercedes for us so that we would be truly born again of the water and of the Spirit. True sons and daughters of the Heavenly Father. Needing no earthly mother for the new birth experience of faith. Born again through the tearing of the flesh of Christ on the Cross. Where blood and water flowed for all to have new life available for eternity! Oh how beautiful it is to see a beautiful child of faith in Christ be born! If you have partaken in fellowship of the body of Christ, his Church. You have seen how beautiful the babes in Christ are! There testimonies bring tears to your eyes as you hold them ever so tightly with the love and grace of Jesus. Greeting them with a holy kiss into the family of God. Yes, where there are fathers and mothers, brothers and sisters to care for this new child of faith. Pouring out the baby oil and fragrance of Christ, having the fresh smell of new precious babes! Imagine the joy on your Heavenly Father face as he pours out Holy Spirit freely on his children of faith! God is like an expectant mother. He wants to give birth to new sons and daughters stuck in the barren life of sin and death. He wants his quiver full, the more children of faith the more the blessings. We have been born from above, being spiritually transformed, renewed, sanctified and set apart for His purpose with full rights and privileges as children
of God through faith in Christ Jesus. Hear the Fathers heart: Therefore, come out from among unbelievers, and separate yourselves from them, says the LORD. Don’t touch their filthy things, and I will welcome you. I will be your Father, and you will be my sons and daughters," declares the Lord Almighty.
