Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
The enemy hates when we speak the truth. He spends all his time trying to twist Gods truth. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he lies, he speaks out of his own character, for he is a liar and the father of lies. He has blinded the minds of the unbelievers, to keep them from seeing the light of the gospel of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Whoever makes a practice of sinning is of the devil, for the devil has been sinning from the beginning. We know that we are from God, and the whole world lies in the power of the evil one. The reason the Son of God appeared was to destroy the works of the devil. Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and the truth, and the life. We must speak the truth of Jesus in love to a world that has been lied to by the enemy of our souls. Living blameless lives and doing what is right as we speak the truth of Gods word from sincere hearts. We will become an enemy to many because we are not afraid to testify to the truth. Jesus said, If anyone is ashamed of Me and My words in this adulterous and sinful generation, the Son of Man will also be ashamed of him when He comes in His Father's glory with the holy angels. Everyone will hate you because of me, but the one who stands firm to the end will be saved. The enemy roars about trying to devour souls from living the truth and sharing Jesus with others.
But Speak the truth. And again I say speak the name of Jesus! Blessed are you when people insult you, persecute you and falsely say all kinds of evil against you because of me. Rejoice and be glad, because great is your reward in heaven, for in the same way they persecuted the prophets who were before you.
