Proverbs of a 39 yr old man
Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. With Gods love and presence in us we are able to suffer long and endure to the glory of God. You can be tried by fire and not flinch in the heat of adversity. That holy heat forms the golden crown that Christ will placed on your head in victory when He comes again. Blessed is the man who remains steadfast under trial, for when he has stood the test he will receive the crown of life, which God has promised to those who love him. Yes, The Great Goldsmith after reaping coal on your heads in repentance. Will through trial and fire mold a crown of life on you with a new name! So rejoice in our sufferings, knowing that suffering produces endurance, and endurance produces character, and character produces hope, and hope does not put us to shame, because God's love has been poured into our hearts through the Holy Spirit who has been given to us. Consider that the sufferings of this present time are not worth comparing with the glory that is to be revealed to us. May the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, so that by the power of the Holy Spirit you may abound in hope.
