Proverbs of a 40 yr old man

There is a sin that God will not forgive. Every sin and blasphemy can be forgiven except blasphemy against the Holy Spirit, which will never be forgiven. If you die without Christ you have rejected the personal ministry of Holy Spirit and have blasphemed his work, sealing your fate. The Spirit of Christ was sent to this world to transform the hearts and lives of humanity. Jesus said, I will ask the Father, and He will give you another Helper, so that He may be with you forever; the Spirit of truth. The world cannot receive Him, because it neither sees Him nor knows Him. But you do know Him, for He abides with you and will be in you. I will not leave you as orphans; I will come to you. Amen. Jesus has given us everything we need for life and godliness through the gift of faith. Grace and peace have been multiplied to us through the knowledge of God and of Jesus our Lord. We have been given such great and precious promises. These are the promises that enable you to share his divine nature and escape the world’s corruption caused by human desires. If we deliberately continue sinning after we have received knowledge of the truth, if we continue to call what is holy profane and what is profane holy, there is no longer any sacrifice that will cover these sins. There is only the terrible expectation of God’s judgment and the raging fire that will consume his enemies. You have rejected the power of God that can save your soul from eternal death! Many act religious, but they as well reject the power that could make them godly. Stay away from people like that! Many also bring sorrow to God’s Holy Spirit by the way they sinfully live. Remember, Jesus has identified you as his own, guaranteeing that you will be saved on the day of redemption. But because God is holy and just yet merciful and kind. He made a way when there seemed to be no way through the Cross. He is risen today and The Spirit of Christ is working in peoples hearts unto salvation. We do not know the line of rejection that God has for each person. He is the one who transforms and redeems. All we know is how can we neglect such a great salvation? For Christians today, we do need not to fear a specific moment of sin, but more a kind of hardness of the heart that would see Jesus as true and yet still walk away. A hardening of the heart that is incapable of repenting. Again, it’s not that forgiveness isn’t granted, but that it’s not sought. The heart has become so rebellious and at such odds with God’s Spirit, that it’s become incapable of true repentance. Watch out for immoral and ungodly people like Esau, who sold his future blessing for only one meal. You know how he later wanted it back. But there was nothing he could do to change things, even though he begged his father and cried. You have not come to a place like Mount Sinai that can be seen and touched. There is no flaming fire or dark cloud or storm or trumpet sound. The people of Israel heard a voice speak. But they begged it to stop, because they could not obey its commands. They were even told to kill any animal that touched the mountain. The sight was so frightening that Moses said he shook with fear. How much more should we handle our salvation with fear trembling when we feel Holy Spirit tugging at our hearts and minds? It is a tug of spiritual war between good and evil for your soul? For you have now come to Mount Zion and to the heavenly Jerusalem. This is the city of the living God, where thousands and thousands of angels have come to celebrate. You have come to the assembly of God’s firstborn children, whose names are written in heaven. You have come to God himself, who is the judge over all things. You have come to the spirits of the righteous ones in heaven who have now been made perfect. Amen. We are covered in Holy Spirit like a young child of faith is covered in freckles!
