Proverbs of a 40 yr. old man

Praise God, He is the Lawgiver on the Throne, and He is the Lawkeeper in my heart. He who gave the Law, Himself keeps it.” -Watchman Nee, The Normal Christian Life. This “letter” is written not with pen and ink, but with the Spirit of the living God. It is carved not on tablets of stone, but on human hearts. The LORD Jesus is renewing our minds daily through Law of His Word and Holy Spirit changing us. Our hearts and minds are becoming more like Christ everyday the real lawgiver. Never let loyalty and kindness leave you! Tie them around your neck as a reminder. Write them deep within your heart. This is a trustworthy saying: If we die with him, we will also live with him.

If we endure hardship, we will reign with him. If we deny him, he will deny us. If we are unfaithful, he remains faithful, for he cannot deny who he is. Thank you Jesus for being faithful to writing your law of love in my heart.
