God can do so much more when it’s not about you. When you decrease, He Increases. For what seems to be God's foolishness is wiser than human wisdom, and what seems to be God's weakness is stronger than human strength. Amen. Through the foolishness of man, Jesus can do so much more than what you could ask or imagine. Don’t let your right hand tell your left hand what you are doing. Miracles do happen when we allow God to move through our faith and not stop him because of our own power and pride. So often, it is easy for us to want to hold onto our own positions or roles. We expend a great deal of effort trying to protect those roles and keep them for ourselves. John The Baptist shows us by his example that there is a much better way. John shows us how to graciously step aside to allow others to fulfill their roles. So often, it is easy for us to want to hold onto our own positions or roles. Faith and action work together, and our faith is made complete by what we do.
