I Need You Jesus. I don't need a lot of things, I can get by with nothing. Yes, I am learning to be content in all things. But even in all the blessings life can bring, I have always needed something that can last for eternity. I get all I want when it comes to loving you Jesus. You're my only reason to live. You're my only truth to hunger and thirst for. Oh God, I need you like water, like breath, like rain. I need you because you are the mercy at Heaven's gate. I can come boldly before the Throne and find help in my time of trouble. Praise God, there in your presence I find freedom in your arms that carries me through. Oh, Jesus, I need you. You're the hope that moves me to have courage again. You're the love that rescues me when the cold winds rage. And it's so amazing because that's just how you are. Jesus Christ is the same yesterday, today, and forever. I can't turn back now; it's you that has brought me this far. You are the Messiah, the Son of the living God. You brought me through so many valleys and climbed with me so many mountains. I need you Jesus like water, like breath, like rain. I love you, Lord, my strength. The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer; my God is my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold.
