Stay Alert

Good morning Brother's. Happy Thursday! Praise God the week is almost over. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to text someone today. Let’s sing, I got that V-I-C-T-O-R-Y. I got no reason to fear, I got Jesus on my side. Thanks be unto God. Who giveth me the victory. Thanks be to my God. I got that V-I-C-T-O-R-Y. Today’s verse is from 1 Peter 5:8-9. Be alert and of sober mind. Your enemy the devil prowls around like a roaring lion looking for someone to devour. Resist him, standing firm in the faith, because you know that the family of believers throughout the world is undergoing the same kind of sufferings. Have you ever let your guard down when you shouldn't have? Maybe you got lazy, or distracted and tired of standing your ground. But, If we're going to resist the enemy, we must stay alert on both the offensive and defensive. We've all had moments where we've slipped. Ask for forgiveness and keep moving forward. God loves you.
