Take Heart

Good morning Brothers, Happy Sunday. God loves you. I love you. Praise God from whom all our blessings flow. Praise him for waking you up this first day of the week. He is not here; he has risen, just as he said. Come and see the place where he lay.(‭‭Matthew‬ ‭28‬:‭6‬). Let’s sing, I serve a risen Savior, He's in the world today; I know that He is living, whatever men may say; I see His hand of mercy, I hear His voice of cheer And just the time I need Him He's always near. He lives, He lives, Christ Jesus lives today! He walks with me and talks with me along life's narrow way. He lives, He lives, salvation to impart! You ask me how I know He lives? He lives within my heart. This morning’s verse is from John 16:33. I have told you these things, so that in me you may have peace. In this world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world. Jesus didn't speak these words with hesitation. He knew what Friday would bring. He knew the weight of the cross. But He also knew that Sunday was coming. That death would not hold Him. That His victory was sure. He has overcome. He is overcoming. He will overcome. Your troubles are real-but they are not your master. Jesus is.
