The Beginning of Our Journey

Good morning, Happy Thursday! God is Good all the time and all the time God is Good. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to give someone a hug today, tomorrow is not promised. Let’s sing, Rejoice in the Lord always; And again I say, rejoice. Rejoice in the Lord always; And again I say, Rejoice! Today’s verse is from Acts 3:19. Repent, then, and turn to God, so that your sins may be wiped out, that times of refreshing may come from the Lord. Repentance is when we recognize the truth and we turn towards it. When we repent, God forgives us. Usually it involves turning away from our own way of life and turning towards God's way. We no longer live according to our past mistakes and offenses. Repentance is the beginning of our faith journey. If you haven't started that journey, begin today by repenting of your sins and turning back to God. He is faithful to forgive you. God loves you.
