Who Are You Trying To Please?

Good morning Brothers, Happy Tuesday! Praise God for waking you up this morning. God loves you. I love you. Take a moment to call a friend, tomorrow is not promised. Let’s sing, Lift up the trumpet, and loud let it ring: Jesus is coming again! Cheer up, ye pilgrims, be joyful and sing; Jesus is coming again! Coming again, coming again, Jesus is coming again! Today’s verse is from Galatians 1:10. Am I now trying to win the approval of human beings, or of God? Or am I trying to please people? If I were still trying to please people, I would not be a servant of Christ. Have you ever struggled with people-pleasing? With wanting to honor God, but also wanting to be loved and respected by people? Every day and every moment, we have a choice: to seek human approval or God's approval. If popularity is your goal, living for Jesus might be a challenge. He invites us to embrace His approval by showing others unconditional kindness, patience, grace, and love. So if you're committed to trusting God He calls you to live differently. At the end of this life, you will stand before an audience of One. So who are you trying to please? God loves you.
